This was our first visit to this unique museum and we were not disappointed. Steam and diesel engines galore with an assortment of engines working on the demonstration line.

A Cornish holiday enabled us to make our first visit to this friendly line, followed a few days later by another visit on a Gala weekend with Bagnall 0-4-0ST locos Alfred & Judy working for the first time since restoration

The Colne Valley Railway is situated in Castle Hedingham, Essex

A new attraction this 7 1/4" line is proving to be very popular, can be found wokring on most running days
